Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final. No Returns or Exchanges.
All purchases made directly through Reborn the Book Series are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, personal preferences, or books that have been read or used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.
Each reported issue will be assessed individually. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. We will provide any remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws.
The seven-day reporting period does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.
